Regional Coordinators
Regional Coordinators (RCs) are our biggest chapter-facing team. They provide operational and administrative support for 3-4 assigned chapters. Regional Coordinators work closely with Regional Advisors (previously known as Governors) to help chapters uphold organizational standards and policies, strengthen operational practices, cultivate inclusive and values‑based membership experiences, and ensure long‑term chapter health. Regional Coordinators conduct monthly Conference Calls (CCs) with chapters to monitor progress and connect chapters to appropriate International Leadership Board resources.
RC Responsibilities
Chapter Support and Observation
RCs evaluate chapter operations, track CEP (Chapter Excellence Program) progress, identify areas of strength and improvement, and support chapter members in implementing new ideas, effective practices, or enhanced operations.
Collaboration With Local and National Stakeholders
RCs work closely with regional volunteers, chapter advisors, and national officers to ensure coordinated support and consistent communication with chapters.
