Attendance Requirements
All Chapters are required to send two (2) active voting delegates. The two voting delegates are counted as part of the attendance requirement of 34% the Chapter’s Spring 2026 active house count as of January 17, 2026 for semester schools and quarterly schools.
All attendees are expected to follow our Convention policies and Code of Conduct.
Non-Attendance
We understand that circumstances can change, but to help cover the significant additional costs our organization incurs when expected attendees do not show up (such as reserved meals, materials, and space), an additional $250 non-attendance fee per member will be assessed in these situations:
If a member registers but does not attend in person.
If your chapter falls short of its required number of in-person attendees.
Example: If your chapter is required to send 5 members and only 3 attend in person, a $500 non-attendance fee ($250 × 2) will be applied to the chapter.
