Registration & Attendance

Invoices must be paid before 11:59 p.m. CT on the last day of the registration category to receive that price. For example, to receive the early registration rate, your invoice must be paid on or before February 15, 2025.

What’s Included

Active Convention registration covers the costs of:

  • 3 nights (Thu-Sun) hotel stay in a shared room with 3 other sisters (4 total to a room)

  • Friday lunch

  • Saturday dinner (aKDPhi Banquet)

  • General session and workshop speakers

  • Other costs including audio visual equipment and rentals

Convention Registration Payment

The ILB VP of Finance will issue the chapter's invoice for Convention. Cash, checks and money order will not be accepted, unless the chapter has prior approval from the ILB VP of Finance. Payments must be made by the payment deadline to receive the registration rate. Failure to follow directions will result in a fine of $5 per sister per day. Extended delays for Regular Registration may also result in the deferment to Late Registration.

Attendance Requirements

All Chapters are required to send two (2) active voting delegates. The two voting delegates are counted as part of the attendance requirement of 45% the Chapter’s Spring 2025 active house count as of January 17, 2025 for semester schools and quarterly schools.

All attendees are expected to follow our Convention policies and Code of Conduct.

Failure to Meet the Minimum Requirement of 45% of Active House

An Active House who does not meet the minimum requirement of 45% attendance will incur a $200 fine per person missing up to the 45% attendance requirement. This fine is in addition to the registration fee for each member under the 45% attendance requirement.
