The son of Korean immigrants to the United States, Jake Choi is a former semi-professional basketball player turned actor, who was born and raised in Queens. Fluent in English and Korean, Jake is a series regular on the ABC comedy series SINGLE PARENTS. He plays “Miggy”, a 20-year-old, sleep-deprived dad raising a baby boy alone after the child’s mom departs for college. He was recently seen in a supporting lead role in the MGM and Warner Bros. feature film THE SUN IS ALSO A STAR, sharing the screen with Charles Melton and Yara Shahidi.

Chieh Huang is the Co-Founder and CEO of Boxed.com, a company that is disrupting the wholesale shopping club experience by enabling you to shop for bulk-sized items online or via mobile app and have them delivered directly to your door. Forbes Magazine has named Boxed one of the next “billion dollar startups.” He is an initiate of the Upsilon Chapter of Lambda Phi Epsilon at Johns Hopkins University where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics. He also holds a juris doctor from the Fordham School of Law and has been named Lambda Phi Epsilon’s 2019 Man of the Year.
Valerie Chou is a fourth-year medical student at the State University of New York, Upstate Medical University. Through her experiences both inside and outside of medical school, she came to realize her passion for women’s healthcare and will be pursuing a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She hopes to become both a skilled physician and a knowledgeable advocate for the rights of herself and her future female patients, with a particular interest in serving the East Asian and Asian American communities.

Julie *Cabaret* Palanca is from the Virginia Commonwealth University and crossed Spring 2012. She is the current Officer of Undergraduate Relations on the National Alumnae Board. Julie is also a preschool teacher and a professional dancer. She in the middle of switching careers. Her goal is to get a job working for Sesame Street, Nick Jr., or Disney Jr., but is seeing where life will take her.
Kathryn Pace is a yoga teacher in the Washington, D.C. area. She enjoys creating space for movement, breath, meditation, and a few laughs. She teaches several styles including power vinyasa, gentle flow, restorative yoga, and meditation, always offering many options in line with the needs of her students.
